Bloomin’ Wild Florist is currently hiring a Full/Part-Time Salesperson/Customer Service Representative.

Essential job responsibilities:

• Maintain running knowledge of store products to offer customers the best shopping experience.
• Greet customers, answer phones, take and process orders, assist and ring up customers.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
• Maintain store cleanliness and inventory displays.
• Coordinate with the Floral Design Team on daily deliveries and orders.
• Collaborate with the Marketing Team to ensure store promotions are up-to-date.
• Oversee Delivery Driver(s) and assist them as needed.
• Work directly with the Plant Manager and General Manager to maintain store operations and displays.

Minimum qualifications:

• 1 year retail sales experience is preferred, but we’re happy to train you too.
• Basic knowledge or at least of love of floral and plant materials.
• Readable/legible handwriting.
• Ability to carry heavy boxes and climb ladders as needed.
• Be able to stand for extended periods of time without assistance.
• Organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Excellent computer skills with the ability to learn new systems and technology.
• Valid driver’s license.

Hours and Pay:

• Full-time and Part-time availability. (8:30am - 6pm on scheduled days)
• Alternating Saturdays after training is complete
• The weeks of Valentine's, Mother's Day, Thanksgiving (excluding Thanksgiving Day and the day after), and Christmas (excluding Christmas Day and the day after) are mandatory
• Overtime is available during holidays and possibly on a regular basis for full-time employees
• Hourly or Salary available
  • $15-$18 per hour
  • $31,200 - $37,440 (full-time)
  • $19,890 - $23,860 (part-time)
• Flexible and understanding scheduling
