Our Story
Amy began cultivating her love of plants and flowers at her grandmother's flower shop (Ms Mary Johnson's Eagle Hill). In 2012, Amy took her operations to the local farmer's market selling bulbs, hanging baskets, wreaths, and fairy gardens. And in 2014 she was able to expand into Bloomin' Wild's very first location.
Being raised in a family business environment, she couldn't help but bring in her youngest daughter, Brooke, who has always been very creative. Brooke learned every job; from washing buckets and sweeping the floors, to caring for the customers, then assisting the designer, to finally being the designer. Brooke has lived and breathed Bloomin' Wild from day one.
In the fall of 2018, Bloomin' Wild moved to our current location on the corner of Rt 213 and Philosophers Terrace. The move has been very good to us: our own parking lot, a larger cooler, and brighter light.
Amy's oldest daughter, Savannah, joined on in 2019 on the business end of things. After COVID-19 shut down most of the country, Brooke and Savannah took over the day-to-day operations to keep the store running. They have been in the store nearly everyday since reopening from COVID.
At the beginning of 2022, Brooke and Savannah officially took over the reins from Amy, venturing into the world of business owners. It has been a wild ride and one that we are extremely grateful for each relationship we've developed with our customers.
We have been absolutely blessed to be able to move into our current location. Now with double the space and potential, we are excited to show our customers what we can do!
