Fresh Cut Flowers
Add warm water upon arrival of your flowers, and continue to add warm water daily. If your flowers are arranged in a floral foam, make sure the foam is saturated. If your flowers are in a vase, recut the end of the stems daily and completely change the water in the vase, dump the old water out, rinse the vase and refill with clean, warm (100°) water and add flower nutrients, if available. Keep out of direct sunlight, keep away from direct heat or cold temperatures below 40°. Store flowers in cool 40° to 45° location at night. The warmer the air temperatures, the shorter the vase life of your flowers. If you receive your flowers wrapped or boxed and on water pics, please remove the water pics immediately and follow the above instructions. Never store or display flowers near fruit. Roses:

Keep out of direct sunlight, keep away from direct heat or cold temperatures. Store roses in a cool location at night. If you receive your roses wrapped or boxed and on water pics, please remove the water pics immediately and follow the above instructions. |
Blooming Plants
Most blooming plants will need bright light conditions in order for their buds to become full blossoms. Most plants prefer 65 to 70 degree temperatures. Moderately moist soil is preferred. Water thoroughly when plant is dry to the touch. DO NOT allow plants to stand in water. Please read specific care instructions, if attached. Green Plants
Most green plants will accept moderate to bright light conditions. This means indirect or diffused light, not the direct heat of the sun or complete shade. Watering is on an as-needed basis, when the soil becomes slightly dry to the touch and the plant is light in weight. DO NOT allow plants to stand in water. You will notice the plant is much heavier after watering, but please drain off excess water. Plants need water, air and light to survive, too much or too little of any of these will have a negative effect on your plants. Planters: Follow above care instructions. Soil should be moist. DO NOT soak the soil as planters have very low drainage. Succulents
